Top 10 Vendors
This inquiry provides you with a list of your top 10 suppliers within a specified date range. The orders that are used to calculate these figures are approved, completed orders. Canceled orders, master purchase orders, and unapproved orders are not part of the calculations.
Enter the beginning and ending date for the inquiry. Double-click in these fields to select a date from the calendar.
Each of these fields displays information within the specified date range. Double-click in any field to display additional information.
Vendor Double click in this field to view a listing of all purchase orders for the selected supplier.
Number of Orders Double click in this field to view the all of the approved and completed purchase orders for this supplier.
Amount The total of the approved and completed purchase orders for this supplier.

The Purchase Order Inquiry Detail screen is displayed. This screen displays all of the information on the purchase order. This information can be edited from the Add/Edit Purchase Order Module step on the Data Entry tab, Purchase Order Module as long as no receipts have been processed for this purchase order.
Double-click on a line item on the purchase order. The Item Availability by Location screen is displayed. This pop-up lists the item's description, number on hand, number on order, number committed, net available and the list price for each location of the item. Information for an item can be edited from the Add/Edit Items Module step on the Data Entry tab, Inventory Module.
Press the [Print] button to print the report associated with this inquiry.
Press the [Preview] button to bring the report into Print Preview. From here, the report can be exported to Word, Excel or Mail.
Close each screen to get back to the previous screen and double-click on another option or press [Close Current Window] to return to the Main Module.
