People Places Things Checklist
Since customers, suppliers, employees and jurisdictions may be setup "on the fly" while entering various transactions throughout the system, these Module items would normally be used to enter a large number of entities at one time or to setup User Defined criteria.
To enter people, places or things on the fly, bypass the following checklist. Then from any form that requires information for that supplier, customer, employee or jurisdiction, double-click on the field where the information is requested. Double-clicking on the field opens the editor screen specific to that entity or jurisdiction so information can be entered or edited.
When entering entities remember to enter sales tax specifications and default general ledger numbers since they are required by the eTEK™ Accounting application.

Other Jurisdictions usually means special taxing districts setup by the state.
