Entering Time Cards

If any standard entries have been updated to the time card transactions, they will be displayed on the screen when the appropriate employee is selected. The cursor tabs through these entries. The entries can be edited at this time, if necessary, or remain unchanged. 
1. From the Payroll Module, choose the Data Entry "Ribbon" and the Add/Edit Time Card Earnings & Deductions Module step.
2. The P/R Time Card Editor form will be displayed.  
3. Select the employee and the type of payroll record you want to enter. 
4. The screen will display the earnings or deduction form. If time cards have been previously entered or standard records have been added to the payroll run, they will be displayed on the screen. 
5. Enter or edit the time card information. 
6. Note: If you need to delete a time card or one time entry, select the entry you want to delete and then press Ctrl + - to delete the line.
7. After the time card earnings or deduction has been entered you can enter more transactions for the same employee  -or-  Select another employee -or- Choose [Close Window] to return to the main Module.
