Cancel Purchase Orders

This Module step is used to cancel a purchase order. Purchase orders can be canceled as long as they have not been completely received from the Process Purchase Order Module step. If a partial receipt has been made on a purchase order, only the remaining portion of the purchase order can be canceled. The status of the purchase order is now Canceled.
