Add/Edit Buyers


When entering purchase orders, you have the option to select a buyer to be associated with the purchase order.  Only employees listed as buyers can be selected.  Employees can be added or removed from the buyers list at any time.
When you begin, only active employees are shown on this screen. As you make certain employees inactive or terminated, they will no longer show up on the employees list. You will, however, need to remove these employees from the buyer list on the right side of the screen so they cannot be chosen as buyers on future purchase orders.
This Module step is optional and does not need to be completed before entering purchase orders.
