To Add or Edit Credit Terms
1. Select the Data Entry tab, Inventory Module step and double-click on the Credit Terms Module step.
2. The Credit Terms screen is displayed in edit mode. To changed to add mode, press the [New] button. To return to edit mode, press the [Cancel] button.
3. In EDIT MODE, type the first letters of the credit term's name and press enter to select a term from the list. Go to step four if you are adding a new credit term.
4. Enter or edit the credit terms and number of days. NOTE: If you do not select a credit term on the Inventory Customer Invoice or Sales Order, it will automatically default to Net 30. If you edit the Net 30 credit term, the new credit term will become the default on invoices.
5. Press [Save] to save any changes to the credit terms.
6. Select a different credit term or press [Close] or Alt + C to return to the Main Module.
