Source Transaction Detail

This Module step is designed to display detailed information on any Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Purchase Order, Equipment Charges and Labor(non-payroll) transaction that has been charged against a job number.

Select the date range you want to see the detail for and then select which job cost numbers to display. Then press [OK]. The screen will display all the transactions that match your selection criteria grouped under tabs for A/P, A/R, P/R, P/O, Equipment and Labor(Non-P/R). 

On each tab you can sort the information by criteria such as date, supplier, customer, employee, purchase order number and job number. For more information on a single transaction, double click on any line and the system will bring up a more detailed view of the transaction.

The information on this screen can be printed by selecting the [Print] button from the toolbar or by choosing File and Print (Alt + F + P) from the Module bar. When printing, the information will be subtotaled based upon the first sort criteria.

Choose the [Print Preview] button to display the report in Print Preview. From there you can send the information via mail or fax. You can also send the information to Microsoft Word or Excel by choosing [Office Links] on the report toolbar and then selecting the [Publish It with MS Word] or [Analyze It with MS Excel] option.
