Rebuild PPT Invoice Count and Employee Data Flags


In cases of power or equipment failure, some fields in the PPT table may need to be rebuilt so that the invoice count and data flags are reset. These flags tell the system that a particular customer or supplier has unpaid invoices on the system.
In cases where you believe you have an outstanding invoice that does not show on the system, you might want to run this Module step to verify that the PPT flags are set correctly.
