Memo Fields
The system provides memo fields associated with almost all primary records. These memo fields may be used to enter any information about the record. Some uses of the memo field might be to record collection calls, conversations with a particular customer or problems associated with a supplier.
Memo fields can hold up to 32,000 characters. In most instances, the memo field associated with suppliers, customers, employees or other entities may be accessed from the eTEK Toolbar. Other memo fields may be accessed from [Memo] push buttons.
