Installation
If you have purchased a system to be installed on your own servers, instead of being hosted as a web-based SaaS system, you will be provided with a secure FTP site hosted by eTEK from which you will download your new system. You will be provided with the log-on credentials by your assigned technical support person. If you have any installation problems or questions call 1-888-243-5007.
