Equipment Expenses


This report is used to view all expense to the company of repairing and maintaining equipment. When entering accounts payable invoices, you have the option to select which piece of equipment, the category of the expense and the type of expense being charged on any detail line.
This report displays and total all of the expenses entered through accounts payable. You can choose to print this report sorted by category, by unit number or by invoice date.
The report will print the category, unit number, unit description, invoice date, expense type, invoice number, invoice description and invoice amount.
