Employee Master List


This Module item allows you to print all of your employees on a master list. You have the choice of listing employees all employees or only active employees. Two formats of the report are available- normal or expanded.

If you choose the normal format the report prints employee name, address, social security number, retirement account number, martial status, employment status, minority code, default wage class, last paycheck information, default job cost number, default labor and tax general ledger numbers, birth date, hire date, terminated date and last pay raise date.

The expanded format prints employee mailing address and employee emergency address in addition to the information printed on the normal format

Then choose [OK]. The Employee Master list will display in Print Preview.

To print the report choose either the [Print] button from the toolbar or from the File Module choose Print (Alt + F + P). To close the report when you are finished choose [Close Current Window] from the toolbar or from the File Module, choose Close (Alt + F + C).
