Edit Vendor Invoice Templates
Complete the following procedures to edit an existing accounts payable template:
1. Select the Data Entry tab, Accounts Payable Module and double-click on the Add/Edit Vendor Invoice Templates Module step.
2. The A/P Invoice Template form will be displayed in Edit Mode.
3. The cursor will begin in the Template Name field. Select the template you want to edit from the ones listed in the box.
4. After selecting a template, the cursor will move to the Select Vendor field. The supplier name may be typed or selected from the selector screen.
5. Information for the selected template will be displayed on the screen. All of the fields may be edited. Either tab to the desired field or click on the field to be edited with the mouse.
6. After the template has been edited, press [Save] to save the changes. The screen will clear and a new template can be selected.
7. When you are done editing templates, press the [Close Window] button to return to the Main Module.
