Add/Edit Sales People
When entering sales orders you have the option to select a sales person to be associated with an invoice. Only employee's listed as sales people can be selected. Employees can be added or removed from the sales people list at any time.
The employees shown on this screen are only active employees to begin with. As you make certain employees inactive or terminated, they will no longer show up on the employee list. You will, however, need to remove these employees from the sales people list on the right side of the screen so they cannot be chosen as sales people on future invoices or sales orders.
This Module step is optional and does not need to be completed before entering sales orders.
